Business or Civil Litigation Attorney - Contract/Remote

We seek an experienced Civil or Business Litigation Attorney to manage complex business litigation and employment defense cases. This remote role requires a California-licensed attorney with strong expertise in litigation, discovery, depositions, and civil trials. You'll work closely with our team to develop legal strategies and must be ready to hit the ground running with minimal oversight.

Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can run point on integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable growth. This is not a social media manager role. You will work alongside our growing media and social presence—but your focus is building a campaign engine that leverages our extensive content library across paid search/social, email, landing pages, and nurturing flows. If you thrive on turning strong existing assets into cohesive campaigns (rather than running disconnected one-offs), and you can execute end-to-end without needing a team under you, you’ll fit well here.

As a Pre-Litigation Paralegal at LawPLA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our attorneys, our clients and contributing to the overall success of the firm. Your role will manage and support matters through the entire case life cycle, including conducting legal research, managing the discovery process, drafting of legal documents, maintaining organized case files and preparing cases for trial.
