Jeremy Tijerina is the Director of Operations at LawPLA where he oversees firmwide operations, strategic planning, and organizational performance. With more than two decades of experience spanning banking, real estate, non-profit sectors, consumer electronics, retail, and integrated marketing, Jeremy is known for uniting creative problem-solving with data-driven execution to elevate operational outcomes.
Prior to joining LawPLA, Jeremy founded and operated a consulting firm serving small businesses, service organizations, and mission-driven entities. This work sharpened his expertise in operational design, workflow optimization, and organizational development—areas that continue to define his leadership at the firm.
Jeremy’s earlier career in marketing and business development included steering strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 brands and major national retailers, giving him a unique perspective on growth, client experience, and cross-functional alignment.
A native of South Texas, Jeremy spent much of his childhood in the Philippines, an experience that broadened his worldview and fostered a lifelong appreciation for diverse cultures and global travel.
He attended Cornell University, exploring engineering and music before earning a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing and Management. His multidisciplinary background enables him to navigate complex challenges and lead with both creativity and precision.
When he is not working, Jeremy and his wife enjoy exploring the arts, traveling around the world and rooting for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
