Michelle brings more than 19 years of legal and business experience to her practice. With a strong background in general litigation, Michelle has represented clients in a wide range of complex matters in both state and federal courts. Her extensive experience includes handling receivership actions and drafting successful appellate briefs that have resulted in published opinions. As a certified mediator and conflict resolution facilitator, she possesses a deep understanding of human dynamics and excels at bringing parties together—even in the most contentious disputes.

Fluent in English and Hebrew, Michelle earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminology from the University of California, Irvine, graduating with high honors. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Hastings International & Comparative Law Review and as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing. Michelle was admitted to the California Bar in 2001.
