Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist / Content Creator to take our firm's digital presence to the next level. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our social media strategy and content creation, working closely with the Marketing Manager and leadership team. You will have the opportunity to craft compelling narratives, design eye-catching visuals, and produce engaging videos that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand values. This is a role for someone who thrives on creativity, innovation, and measurable impact.

This position is full-time and remote, open to individuals authorized to work in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative social media campaigns that align with the firm’s brand and objectives, driving engagement, growth, and conversions.
  • Create and curate high-quality, platform-specific content, including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content that showcases our firm’s services and core values while connecting with target audiences.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate insights to optimize content strategies and boost engagement.
  • Stay ahead of trends in social media, content creation, and digital storytelling to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Engage directly with followers to build a loyal online community and enhance the firm’s reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven creative thinker with a passion for marketing, storytelling, and social media. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content and successful campaigns. 
  • Expertise in video editing software and a demonstrated ability to craft compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences. 
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy tailored to different platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Creative thinker who thrives on developing fresh, innovative ideas and bringing them to life.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $15-20 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Opportunities for performance incentives based on individual and team achievements.
  • Benefits include health coverage as well as vacation and paid time off policy to support work-life balance after probationary period of 90 days is completed.
