Company Overview:
The Law Office of Parag L. Amin, P.C. (“LawPLA”) is a fast-growing business litigation and employment defense firm seeking a strategic, creative Digital Marketing Manager who can run point on multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable growth. This is not a “post and hope” role. You will be expected to build an integrated campaign engine—translating firm priorities into clear messaging, compelling assets, disciplined distribution, and performance-driven iteration.
This is where we interrupt the typical job-post flow in the way that we interrupt the typical “post and hope” marketing model. Watch this short video by our Founder to understand who we are, how we work, and who we’re looking for:
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can run point on integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable growth. This is not a social media manager role. You will work alongside our growing media and social presence—but your focus is building a campaign engine that leverages our extensive content library across paid search/social, email, landing pages, and nurturing flows. If you thrive on turning strong existing assets into cohesive campaigns (rather than running disconnected one-offs), and you can execute end-to-end without needing a team under you, you’ll fit well here.
In this seat, you will bring order and momentum to the firm’s marketing machine. You will take ideas and turn them into campaigns with a real spine—message hierarchy, asset plan, channel map, cadence, and success metrics. You will know what is working, why it is working, and what you are going to test next. You will build confidence inside the firm because the pipeline is visible, the brand is consistent, and the execution is disciplined.
This position is full-time and remote, open to individuals authorized to work in the US. Please read the entire job post to get all the details on how to submit a complete application. Only complete applications submitted through the process detailed below will be considered.
INDIVIDUAL APPLICANTS ONLY. NO AGENCIES. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE FIRM DIRECTLY. FOLLOW THE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED IN THIS JOB POSTING.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own integrated campaign development end-to-end: strategy, messaging, asset planning, launch, optimization, and reporting across paid + organic channels.
- Translate firm initiatives into campaign narratives that are consistent, differentiated, and unmistakably “LawPLA” across every touchpoint.
- Build and manage paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads, including creative testing, landing-page alignment, budget pacing, and conversion optimization.
- Design and deploy email marketing and nurture sequences that support intake, reactivation, and long-cycle trust-building.
- Create and/or oversee content production to support campaigns by repurposing the firm’s existing media/content library into campaign-ready assets (short-form video, graphics/carousels, ad creatives, emails, blogs, and landing-page/website updates).
- Partner with the social/media function to amplify what is already working, ensuring content production supports integrated campaigns and multi-channel distribution (this seat is campaign-led, not social-only).
- Operate as a hands-on executor across the campaign stack: landing page build/optimization, email drip copy, ad-platform audience and keyword management, and performance testing/iteration.
- Establish a simple, high-trust reporting cadence (weekly pulse + monthly deep dive) showing what shipped, what moved, what learned, and what is next.
- Maintain campaign hygiene: naming conventions, tracking, UTM discipline, lead-source integrity, and clean handoffs between marketing and intake.
- Stay current on platform changes and legal-services marketing trends while protecting brand standards and conversion performance.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience with clear evidence of owning multi-channel campaigns end-to-end (strategy → build → launch → optimization) and producing measurable results.
- Hands-on expertise running and optimizing paid media in Google Ads and Meta Ads (required), including audience/keyword strategy, creative testing, budget pacing, and performance iteration.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute integrated campaign systems—messaging hierarchy, sequencing, channel mix, asset plan, cadence, and success metrics (not isolated one-off posts).
- Strong “library leverage” mindset: able to turn an existing media/content library into campaign-ready assets and distribution plans that compound results over time.
- Execution-first operator: you can build and ship the work yourself (landing pages, ad sets, email sequences, basic creative production/coordination, reporting), not just direct others.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms and automation workflows (drip campaigns, nurture sequences, segmentation, list hygiene, deliverability fundamentals).
- Strong writing and editorial judgment across formats (ads, emails, landing pages, web copy), with the ability to match tone to audience and channel.
- Working competence with modern marketing tools and workflows (GA4/analytics, tag basics, reporting dashboards, UTM discipline), plus comfort learning the firm’s stack quickly.
- High operational discipline: able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with clean execution—deadlines, dependencies, approvals, version control, and consistent documentation.
- Strong analytical instincts: you can read performance data, diagnose what is happening, explain why, and make confident recommendations on what to test next.
- Collaborative and low-ego communicator: able to work closely with leadership, align quickly on priorities, and keep stakeholders informed without creating noise.
- Experience in professional services or regulated industries (legal preferred) is a plus, especially understanding compliance-minded marketing and reputation sensitivity.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to thrive in a fully remote environment with accountability and self-management.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $65,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Opportunities for additional $25,000 in performance incentives based on individual and team achievements.
- Benefits include health coverage as well as vacation and paid time off policy to support work-life balance after probationary period of 90 days is completed.
