A California-licensed attorney with nearly a decade of experience, Ronak has a track record of success in representing clients in complicated and high stakes disputes before state courts, federal courts, alternative dispute resolution fora, and administrative tribunals. As one of his former employers once remarked, Ronak has the “rare ability to approach complex and even novel subjects, master them, and then effectively use that mastery to advance and protect his clients’ interests.” Ronak credits this ability to his incisive analytical skills, efficient research capabilities, and, above all, his cogent writing style, which frequently earns the praise of not only his employers and colleagues but even of opposing counsel.
Before entering private practice, Ronak worked in the chambers of a federal judge on a full-time basis, drafting substantive orders and bench memoranda. Ronak also has experience working in the chambers of a superior court judge, with an emphasis on preparing the judge for his law and motion calendar.
Ronak is also an accomplished scholar. Ronak’s work has been cited in several dozen law review articles, multiple books, and even in educational materials required in certain post-secondary classes. Ronak has also been interviewed in popular publications, where he has opined on cutting edge legal issues.
Ronak earned his juris doctor with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. At McGeorge, Ronak sat on the board of editors of the school’s flagship law review, earned multiple scholarships, and won other awards. Before studying at McGeorge, Ronak was a Regent’s Scholar at the University of California, Riverside, from which he graduated Phi Beta Kappa in three years.
