R. Max Segal is a Junior Associate Attorney at LawPLA and has worked on a variety of cases including entertainment, employment, wage & hour, and multi-million-dollar class action lawsuits.
Max earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School after receiving his bachelor’s degree in political science from Cal State Fullerton. During law school, Max served as the president of the Intellectual Property & Cybersecurity Law Society and clerked at an employment class-action law firm in Long Beach.
In addition to his litigation experience, Max has written articles published in the New York State Bar Association on notable entertainment case law.
During his free time, Max enjoys science fiction films, watching E-Sports, and playing Dungeons & Dragons. He is originally from Upland, California.
