Jennifer Hinds, Esq.

As a former NCAA Track and Field athlete, Jennifer Hinds learned the importance of hard work, dedication, and teamwork. In her law practice, Jennifer applies these same skills in representing clients in a wide range of matters, both small and complex in various matters. While Jennifer understands the importance of informal settlement, Jennifer is not afraid to handle complex matters including in state court, federal court, alternative dispute resolution and administrative agencies. Clients rely on Jennifer for her valuable legal counsel as they face sensitive matters. Jennifer’s prior experience includes representing banks, governmental agencies, international manufactures and Fortune 500 companies in dispute resolution in federal and state courts in employment law and various civil litigation matters.

Jennifer graduated in the Top 15% from Loyola Law School, and had her law review comment published. She also graduated Summa Cum Laude from Santa Clara University, where she was also a member of the University Honors Program and the NCAA Track and Field Team. She has worked at international law firms, and has second-chaired three jury trials to verdict, first chaired two bench trials, and handled 8 arbitrations to decision.
