Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to help drive our firm's comprehensive marketing initiatives forward. As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and other members of the leadership team to execute all marketing efforts effectively. The ideal candidate will exhibit creativity, exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and a continuous drive for skill enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies to enhance the firm’s online presence,
boost brand awareness, and foster audience engagement across major social media platforms and websites. - Plan, edit, and produce diverse video content (shorts, ads, podcasts, etc.) ensuring alignment with brand standards and audience preferences.
- Write compelling and strategic messaging (hooks, captions, hashtags, newsletters, and blog articles) to maximize content impact and drive audience interaction.
- Design eye-catching and impactful marketing materials for digital and print mediums, maintaining a consistent and professional brand image.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, adapt strategies, and contribute to data-driven marketing decisions.
- Monitor and integrate emerging trends, tools, and best practices into the firm’s marketing efforts to stay competitive and innovative.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate campaigns and ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Qualifications:
- Proven creative thinker with a passion for marketing, storytelling, and social media.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content and successful campaigns.
- Expertise in video editing software and a demonstrated ability to craft compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Proficiency in developing content tailored to various social media platforms, with a track record of growing and engaging online communities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to conceptualize, strategize, and execute marketing initiatives independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a knack for crafting persuasive and audience-specific content.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $13-17 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Opportunities for performance incentives based on individual and team achievements.
- Benefits include health coverage as well as vacation and paid time off policy to support work-life balance after probationary period of 90 days is completed.
