About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator who thrives on genuine connection, empathy, and proactive communication. This role is focused on nurturing current and past client relationships, ensuring every client feels valued, heard, and supported—even long after their case has closed.
The ideal candidate is polished, personable, and detail-oriented. You need to be comfortable on the phone, confident in video calls, and able to represent the firm’s professionalism with warmth and sincerity. While the primary focus is client relationship management, this full-time position also supports executive and marketing functions as needed.
This is a full-time, remote position and we welcome applications from individuals located in different countries who are committed to service and excellence. This position requires an individual to have their own computer, workspace and high-speed internet connection in order to carry out the role effectively.

Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in client relations, customer success,
account management, or executive assistant roles (professional services or legal industry experience preferred). - Fluent to the extent of a native speaker in both spoken and written English.
- Outstanding communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Comfortable engaging with business owners, executives, and professionals with poise and empathy.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and experienced using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems and productivity tools.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with current and former clients through consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Execute personal touch marketing initiatives and various client appreciation outreach activities.
- Conduct client check-in calls to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve service.
- Coordinate post-case follow-ups with former clients to ensure continued
satisfaction and identify potential future needs. - Support strategies to retain and expand client relationships through excellent service and consistent communication.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing thoughtful, timely, and solutions-oriented responses.
- Document all interactions in the firm’s CRM and ensure client information
remains accurate and up to date. - Collaborate with attorneys and staff to coordinate client deliverables and ensure exceptional client experience.
- Assist with other administrative or marketing projects as needed.
Work Arrangement
Working hours from 9 am to 6 pm (PST), accommodating the time zone difference with the US-based team and clients.
